The fundraising platform built for agencies
Every client account in one dashboard. Open any of them in a click. Earn 20% on the clients you bring, and watch it add up in the same place.

Quick answer
What does Donately offer agencies?
Donately gives agencies one dashboard for every client account they manage, plus a 20% revenue share on the new clients they bring. You can open any client account without a separate login, keep key details current, and track commissions all in one place.
Earn 20% on every client you bring
Refer a nonprofit to Donately, and you earn a 20% revenue share on that account.
There is no cap, and you do not wait for a monthly report to know where you stand. Your commissions sit in the same dashboard you use to manage the account.
One screen for every nonprofit you manage
See every client account in one list. No spreadsheet of logins, and no hunting for who runs which account. Open any account in a click, straight from the list, and you are ready to work.
Keep key details current so reporting lives where you can find it, and track your commissions on every account you brought in.

Everything you need to build, already written
The docs, components, and how-tos are public, current, and free to use with every client.
Developer hub
A REST API, webhooks, an embeddable form, native integration docs, and a published roadmap. There is an MCP server too, so you can point an AI assistant at the docs.
See the developer hub→Components Library for Webflow
Campaign headers, progress bars, donor walls, leaderboards, and donation forms, plus campaign page templates and a complete peer-to-peer system. Restyle it so the giving pages match the site you built.
See the library →Help center and a Slack channel
Step-by-step articles and videos for setting up a client, from first form to payouts. Partners also get a dedicated Slack channel with our team for the questions that cannot wait for a ticket.

A Donately account takes about five minutes to set up, and a branded donation form or campaign page can go live the same day.
Their own fields, colors, and language, embedded on the site you built for them.
Hosted by us or embedded on their site, with a story, a goal, and a progress bar.
Monthly by default if they want it, with donors managing their own gifts.
For walks, rides, and chapter campaigns.
Where a ticket and a gift share one checkout.
Donors pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Pricing you can defend in a client meeting
No setup fees and no feature limits, and we never prompt a donor to tip us on top of their gift. Total Donor Cost shows what any fundraising platform really costs a nonprofit, so you can show a client the math rather than assert it.
It connects to the rest of their stack
Native integrations for the tools your clients already run, thousands more through Zapier, and a REST API when a build needs something custom.

How does the 20% revenue share work?
When a nonprofit you refer signs up, you earn 20% of the revenue Donately makes from that account, with no cap for the first year. You can track it in your agency dashboard and get transfers directly to your Stripe account.
Can I manage several client accounts from one login?
Yes. Your agency dashboard lists every client account you manage or refer, and you can open any of them directly without logging in again. Some referred accounts may choose to limit your visibility.
Do my clients need to switch websites?
No. Donately forms embed on Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Sanity, GoDaddy, and most other site builders (or we can host the page).
Which payment processors do clients use?
Stripe and PayPal. Donors can also pay with Apple Pay and Google Pay. See the full integrations list for everything else a client account can connect to.
Can I build something custom?
Yes. The REST API, webhooks, and embeddable form are documented at developer.donate.ly, and the Components Library covers Webflow builds.
Where do I get help if I am stuck?
Three places: the help center for step-by-step setup, the developer hub for technical builds, and your partner Slack channel for anything else.
What does it cost my clients?
Platform fees go as low as 0%, with no setup fees and no feature limits. See pricing for current rates, and Total Donor Cost for what any platform really costs a nonprofit.
